Why aren't we part of the Monmouth County Library System?
Long Branch Public Library is an independent library and part of the Libraries of Middlesex Automation Consortium. Remaining independent allows us to have full control over the materials we purchase and the award-winning programs and services we offer. As part of the LMxAC consortium, our cardholders are able to access about 40 other libraries in NJ.
