Curbside Pick-Up Services
Starting January 5th, the Library will be offering contactless pick up of library materials including books, DVDs, audiobooks, and magazines. Patrons may also request print jobs for pick up.
STEP ONE: PLACE A HOLD
Use the library catalog, library app, or call the library (732-222-3900) to get help from staff over the phone.
Are we closed? Requests can be made 24/7 through the app and catalog. Patrons may request materials by email if outside of our open hours and in-building staff will respond to these requests the next business day. Please include your name, library card number, and contact information in your email.
STEP TWO: SCHEDULE A PICK-UP APPOINTMENT
You will get an email or a phone call when your items are ready. Call the library to schedule a pick-up appointment (732-222-3900). Have your library card number ready when you call to schedule a pick-up.
STEP THREE: PICK UP YOUR ITEMS DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME
When it's time for your pick-up, visit the library and head to the table outside the side-entrance (facing City Hall) to pick up your items. Please wear a mask and follow social distancing protocol when picking up items.
Printing
Need a printer? The library is happy to provide printing services through contactless pick-up.
STEP ONE: EMAIL THE LIBRARY
Email the library at info@longbranchlib.org. Include the documents you need printed as an attachment and include your name, email, telephone number. The library will only provide ten free pages at this time.
